The IPA is pleased to announce that Borne, Love Sugar Science and MNC were elected into IPA membership at its quarterly Council meeting on 29 June.
Joining the IPA marks a huge point for us on the journey of our agency. So many of our team owe a huge amount to the IPA, particularly through training throughout their careers – and we’re consistently drawing on IPA insights when engaging with clients on effectiveness and the role for creativity. Membership gives us access to those insights, and more structured CPD for the people who make borne what it is. And externally it signifies a quality of practice to prospective clients and new talent – which, particularly for an agency outside of London, is a real badge of honour.
We’re proud to partner with good companies of every shape and size, making work that real people notice and that works in the real world – whether that means launching integrated campaigns for Suffolk’s finest brewer, or rebranding a building society that has served a community for generations; whether it’s shining a light on loneliness during Mental Health Awareness Week, or getting teens to wash their hands during the pandemic; whether it’s launching the world’s most radical art museum, or making the case for girl’s only education.
At LSS we’re an ambitious team driven to create special work for our clients and their businesses. After four years establishing building the team and establishing our reputation we are now focussed on the next phase of our agency’s development and getting some proper rigour into the development of our professional practices and employer brand. Joining the IPA is going to be a key part of making good on that.
As a people first employer, IPA membership will also open up opportunities for our team's development and help our people to plot out what their career journey in media and advertising looks like. Ultimately, as employers, the IPA will also give us access to opportunities to learn and grow, supporting us to build our network and share new opportunities for our teams.
As a media agency that specialises in growing challenger brands, MNC are excited to be joining the IPA. Through enduring partnerships, like that with our long-term clients Wayfair, we take our clients on a journey, growing unknown challenger brands into household names and help established household names to evolve amid changing consumer expectations and think like agile start-ups.
We are particularly keen to improving our professional development programme by tapping into the IPA’s extensive learning resources and to expand our growing set of agency partnerships within the IPA community. Effectiveness has been at the heart of our track record, so we are also looking forward to showcasing this, as well as studying the work of others via the IPA’s awards and industry research.
We are delighted to welcome three new agencies from three different cities into the IPA community. Borne in Norwich, Love Sugar Science in Manchester and MNC in London provide further evidence of the talent in our industry across the UK. They will be excellent additions to our membership and we are looking forward to working with them and building long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships.
