IPA Talent & Diversity Conference 2025

Unity – moving everyone forward

The theme for the IPA Talent & Diversity Conference 2025 is 'Unity – moving everyone forward'. We have an ambition to move away from divisive, polarising arguments relating to talent and diversity and instead, centre conversations around tangible actions we can take to move everyone forward.

This year's Talent and Diversity Conference featured an impressive array of leaders and experts who provided inspiration and practical solutions to address unique talent and diversity challenges. Topics ranged from how to recognise the place advertising has in wider culture, unpick the big issues facing the industry right now and move beyond awareness of the issues into action.
