A research specialist with more than 20 years of media research experience, Graeme looks after the development and smooth delivery of TouchPoints, As well as managing our research suppliers, Ipsos and RSMB, he also works with all subscribers to ensure the content remains relevant. In addition, he sits on numerous media research technical committees representing UK member agencies interests. Graeme also helps with the vital member surveys covering areas such as diversity, equality, salaries and benefits.
