Simon is responsible for client service and marketing for TouchPoints (The IPA’s consumer-centric survey) and guiding subscribers to find insights in the TouchPoints data through technological innovation. He oversees the TouchPoints Champions initiative and represents the interests of IPA Agencies on the ROUTE Action Group. He has a background in anthropological research and is passionate about deconstructing data in order to better understand the people at the heart of it.
