Caroline is the Chief Strategy Officer at RAPP UK, leading a kaleidoscope of 35 strategists to create better customer experiences that accelerate growth for RAPP’s clients, by combining precision and empathy. She has 30 years of agency experience, and has worked on some of the UK’s best loved brands, including IKEA, Boots, Virgin Media02, Mini, Land Rover, first direct, and Gordon’s Gin.
Her expertise has always been in data driven marketing, with a laser focus on results. She has won countless effectiveness and data driven awards, including a DMA Grand Prix three times, and she now chairs the DMA Awards Committee. She lives and breathes RAPP’s “we stand up for individuality" purpose with her colourful, authentic approach to leadership, and encouraging brands to take purpose led initiatives seriously, as a commercially important consideration.
In Caroline’s spare time she is an emerging artist, and her creativity sparks everything that she does, including finding new ways to inspire clients do to better.
