In her decade at Chiat\Day Los Angeles, Jen worked closely with leadership teams at Airbnb, Robinhood, UNIQLO, DIRECTV, Levi’s, adidas and many more to help define their visions and chart new paths to growth. She’s been instrumental in refining the practice of Disruption® by combining rigor, cultural relevance, and imagination.
Jen began her career in Austin at GSD&M and McGarrah Jessee, driving breakout thinking for beloved Texas brands like Shiner Beers and Whataburger. She then moved to The Martin Agency, where she spent three years driving digital transformation and a progressive new platform for Walmart.
Costello is a six-time direct Effie winner in addition to helping bring home numerous other awards from Cannes, Effie, and One Show. Her writing on culture and marketing has been published in The Guardian, Contagious, and Adforum.
