John is a marketing analytics specialist, helping advertisers to grow their businesses effectively by understanding marketing performance through data. With over 20 years’ practical experience working at media/specialist analytics agencies - including building the Data2Decisions practice in APAC - more recently John went client-side to Tesco where he also co-chaired ISBA’s effectiveness group and sat on the Effies steering committee.
John brings a wealth of experience working with brands from almost all advertising categories: from FMCG to Telecomms; from Travel to Automotive. In 2022 he established his own consultancy Perella Mackay Ltd. to help businesses establish marketing effectiveness best practice.
