Stuart is a Director within dentsu’s marketing effectiveness team, with a focus on product development and innovation. He has experience delivering marketing effectiveness projects to clients from a wide range of sectors, including financial services, travel and tourism, and retail, understanding the interaction of marketing and non-marketing factors in explaining business KPIs. Prior to joining dentsu Data2Decisions, Stuart primarily worked in customer insight and CRM functions using data analysis to recommend how brands should tailor their offerings and communications to different groups of customers.
