Director of Audience & Experience, Somerset House

Flora Kessler is Director of Audience and Experience at Somerset House, where she leads audience strategy. Somerset House is a neoclassical building at the heart of London known for its outstanding cultural programme, as well as resident artists and community – it was the no.8 most visited UK attraction in 2025. Her remit covers brand, press, marketing, social, ticketing, CRM and visitor experience. With over 14 years’ experience spanning the cultural and private sectors, Flora previously held roles at Amazon, Carat and Procter & Gamble before moving into leadership roles in the cultural sector. She joined Serpentine four years ago, where she established and led the organisation’s first Audience and Enterprise team and has been with Somerset House since the start of 2026. Her marketing and media work has been recognised with multiple industry awards and she was named a Future Leader by Women in Advertising and Communications London (2020) and listed in Media Week’s 30 Under 30 (2017).
