Kirsty joined Mondelez International in May, where she leads marketing for one of the world's largest snacking companies across the UK and Ireland. In this role, she oversees brand strategy for a portfolio of iconic brands including Cadbury, Oreo, Philadelphia, Maynards Bassets and belVita, driving alignment with the company's purpose of Snacking Made Right. She is also a member of the UK&I Management Team.
Kirsty brings more than 20 years of experience across some of the world's most recognisable brands. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Innocent Drinks, where she led global marketing, brand, and product innovation for Europe's leading healthy drinks brand. During her tenure, she deepened consumer connections with Innocent's values and drove growth across 18 European markets.
Previously, she held senior marketing roles for some of the industry's most established drinks brands, including Tennent's Lager, Magners, Pepsi, and Robinsons. At the heart of Kirsty's approach is a simple belief: people come first. She is passionate about building brands that create positive impact while delivering commercial growth - a philosophy that has defined her career and shaped her leadership style.
