Advanced Leadership Course

In a world of AI and virtual working, team leadership has become more important than ever.

This is a very hands-on workshop developed to give participants really practical skills. The goal is that they can take this learning back to their teams to lead them with immediate, motiving and measurable effect both face-to-face or virtually.

People often get promoted to a senior level because they are fantastic at their job, but not necessarily because they are great at leading teams. The promotions can happen without much guidance on what being a leader really means.

Participants will learn what ‘demonstrate leadership’ means and how to best lead and inspire their teams.

Who is this course for?

Anyone who has been told to ‘demonstrate leadership’ and who would really like to know how to do so. Recent participants have had between 5 and 35 years’ experience.
