Workloads have increased for many as work and home responsibilities now wrestle for attention.

A 90 minutes session to help managers continue to think how to care for their teams through such unprecedented times.

Course content

With the ongoing pandemic and easing of lockdown, this 90 minute session will support managers as they continue to think about how to care for their teams through such unprecedented times.

This practical session explores typical responses to change, and considers the necessity of balancing the task, the team and the individual. Where might your attention be drawn as a manager?
Communication and 1;1’S are more important than ever as we co-create a culture of appreciation.

We will also consider what is now possible both for ourselves as leaders and for our teams, as we move forwards together.

Liz Nottingham

Liz has 18 years’ agency experience in senior roles with SMG, Grey London and most recently R/GA. Liz has been awarded a Fellowship of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising for her contribution to the People Agenda and as Chair of the People Management group for eight years. A coach supervisor, qualified Creative Facilitator and founder of the Back2BusinessShip programme that supports returning to work parents, Liz has also been responsible for leading an agency into the Sunday Times Top 100 listing three times. Her passion is connecting people, work and creativity. Always practical and considered inspirational, she provides support with humanity. Liz currently acts as an advisor to the Advertising industry.
