This workshop introduces coaching and the use of coaching techniques to enable managers to better empower and inspire their teams to engage in their roles, take greater responsibility, and deliver against personal, departmental and agency wide objectives.

This workshop introduces coaching and the use of coaching techniques to enable managers to better empower and inspire their teams to engage in their roles, take greater responsibility, and deliver against personal, departmental and agency wide objectives.
This course will run via a highly interactive three-hour Zoom session on the following date:
Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Account Directors and anyone in equivalent roles with responsibility for managing one or more colleagues, a team or a department, supporting their day to day growth and development and carrying out their performance appraisals.
