This virtual course will help you develop the skills and confidence to get the best out of colleagues, clients and suppliers so that they will want to work with you and feel motivated to do their best for you. The course will cover leadership, listening and negotiating tactics.
This course is for managers, employees joining a team for the first time or suppliers who would like to develop long-term relationships with their clients.
During this session we’ll discuss why it is important to develop emotional intelligence in the advertising business. You’ll learn the principles of 'How to win friends and influence people' including other lessons and we’ll help you develop a strategy to be the person everyone wants to work with.
Attendees will be required to do some pre-work prior to the start of the course.

Gwyn March has worked in and with agencies for over 33 years. She is lucky enough to be an Honorary Fellow of the IPA and chair the IPA Training Forum. She is the co-author of the IPA’s online modules on evaluating training, running effective appraisals, how to plan a training programme and how to have the best welcomes. She has won various awards for the efficacy of her training. To her delight, Gwyn mans the Foundation Certificate helpdesk, worldwide, and runs workshops on demystifying advertising.
