The trainer will run the course at the IPA on Wednesday 13 November from 9:30am - 4:30pm.

Managers who are keen to gain the respect of a team they are in charge of, employees joining a team for the first time or suppliers who would like to develop long-term relationships with their clients.

Content

During the six-hour session we’ll discuss why it is important to develop emotional intelligence in the advertising business. You’ll learn the principles of 'How to win friends and influence people' including other lessons from the greats and we’ll help you develop a strategy to be the person everyone wants to work with.

How is the learning delivered?

Delegates will be required to do some pre-work prior to the qualification beginning.

Gwyn March

Gwyn March has worked in and with agencies for over 33 years. She is lucky enough to be an Honorary Fellow of the IPA and chair the IPA Training Forum. She is the co-author of the IPA’s online modules on evaluating training, running effective appraisals, how to plan a training programme and how to have the best welcomes. She has won various awards for the efficacy of her training. To her delight, Gwyn mans the Foundation Certificate helpdesk, worldwide, and runs workshops on demystifying advertising.
