I help people navigate the career moments that shape who they become.

That might mean stepping into leadership, feeling stuck or questioning what’s next, returning after time away, or navigating change and uncertainty at work.

I’ve spent 16+ years in advertising, working agency-side, client-side and freelance, building teams and leading global accounts for some of the world’s biggest brands. So I know the industry: the pace, the pressure, the politics and the peculiarities.

My coaching gives people the space to step out of the day-to-day, think clearly about what they want and make meaningful change. I work with individuals on career direction, confidence, leadership, boundaries and progression, combining thoughtful challenge with practical action.

Alongside 1:1 coaching, I work with agencies and businesses to support the people they want to retain and develop. I also design and deliver workshops and training around leadership, progression and happier, healthier ways of working.
