I will be a partner by your side as you initiate and work through change whether that be in your professional or personal life.
I have a deep understanding of the commercial world, its culture and pressures, combined with an understanding of the importance of raising personal self-awareness and the profound insights that can be gained through incorporating yoga and meditation techniques into the coaching.
I have the lawyer’s ability to take on vast and complex amounts of information and get to the heart of the matter. I will also challenge you (with warmth and humour) and delve deeper into the “evidence” you present.
In addition to traditional psychotherapy techniques and deep listening, I incorporate activities in nature and experiential artistic exercises to tap into your creativity as well as breath-work, meditation and yoga.
