Having enjoyed a 19-year advertising/marketing career, during which time I became a mum and struggled to maintain a work-life balance, I am passionate about working with Adland to support team members in their career, wellbeing and life events. As well as industry understanding and personable, down-to-earth style, I also bring my qualifications in Transformational Coaching. This goes beyond the surface indicators used in performance and development coaching, as it also delves deeper into a client’s inner world.
