I work to help improve every individual by working with them as individuals, because one size will never fit all. Within 1:1 executive coaching my niche is working with emerging leaders who have just made the step to C-suite/MD level responsibility or entrepreneurs starting their own business. I firmly believe that having 1:1 coaching for the Executive team only and not coaching emerging talent is a missed opportunity within many organisations.

Working with Teams, and leadership groups we use the latest proven coaching tools and techniques to build trust, shared agendas and improve performance, and constantly work to keep our programmes fresh, interactive and fun!

Our team coaching work often centres around creating High Performance cultures, working behaviours and keystone habits. Our High Performance work is supported by the exclusive relationship we have with the renowned and best-selling author Prof. Damian Hughes.

Our programmes are bespoke and tailored to each client’s needs following rigorous client intake interviews where possible.  With each programme we deliver comprehensive written recommendation reports after each session capturing the key takeouts and meaningful next actions.
