I work with leaders, individuals and teams to help improve their performance and attain their goals. That may mean developing self-awareness or achieving clarity of purpose or identifying what is holding someone back, whichever it is, we focus on their progress.

 My coaching style is direct but supportive, action and accountability focussed and tailored around the needs of the client. I have 30+ years of experience working in the media advertising industry – as a senior leader in agencies, as a consultant and as a coach. This gives me some context, insight and understanding to support my clients in this industry.

Working with teams, and leadership groups we use the latest proven coaching tools and techniques to build trust, shared agendas and improve performance, and constantly work to keep our programmes fresh, interactive and fun.

Our team coaching work often centres around creating high-performance cultures, working behaviours and keystone habits, supported by the exclusive relationship we have with the renowned, best-selling author Professor Damian Hughes.

Our programmes are bespoke to each client’s needs following rigorous intake interviews wherever possible.  With each programme we deliver recommendation reports capturing the key takeouts and meaningful next actions to drive accountability and progress.
