Our expert panel moderated by Kelly Knight, Founder and CEO of Opportunity Rocks HR, will discuss their tried and tested strategies that have propelled them to senior leadership. Panellists will give their thoughts on equality, and discuss relevant initiatives they and their business have been running to make the industry a place for everyone. They will also be sharing their personal stories and provide motivational tips.

In this interactive and practical workshop session, Tanya Whitehead (founding consultant of Talent Wise Consulting) will take us through the Personal Effectiveness techniques, tools, and habits that will help you plan and execute you working week in the most impactful way. You will learn how to prioritise your time, make space for value adding project work that will contribute to your own development, and explore how you can work smarter, not harder, across key activities like meetings, inbox management, and repetitive tasks.
