The IPA believes a more diverse and a more inclusive advertising industry is a better, healthier one. That’s why we’re teaming up with Unilever to create the iList. A celebration of industry role models who are driving this change.

If you're inclusive you'll be included.

    It doesn’t matter what level a person works at. If they’re doing something that fosters and nurtures more inclusivity, whether that’s in the way they work or the actual work they produce, this is the moment to nominate them. It can be a colleague, a supplier, it can be yourself.

    The iList is a recognition of those who are truly promoting and championing inclusivity within the advertising industry.

    We’ve assembled a stellar group of judges including Karen Blackett OBE to select the first ever iList and have the backing of the Mayor of London. So, if you want to be included, just do something inclusive.

    This is how it works - simply fill out below form with your details and nominate someone wonderful who makes inclusivity real. And if this wonderful person is yourself, even better.

    Key dates

    • 21 January 2020: Submission window closes
    • End of February 2020: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by team of judges. 
    • May 2020: Final iList will be announced at a celebratory gala in May and featured in Campaign magazine, the iList’s media partner.
