We are looking for a Client Partner to join the Access team.

Since our inception in 1999, we’ve constantly evolved to make sure that what our clients need remains at the heart of what we do: it’s why we still work with our first ever client, and continue to forge great, long standing relationships.

This opportunity, in a nutshell:

As one of our Client Partners, you'll be responsible for client relationships across one or two of our squads. You'll establish, maintain and grow healthy client roadmaps and nurture the partnerships required (internally and externally) to ensure their success.

You'll be commercially astute and able to take responsibility for the commercial and financial relationships with mid-size to enterprise clients. Client satisfaction and quality of relationship will be at the heart of what you do, so there will be some UK travel in this role, as it's likely that you'll want face-time with your clients on a regular basis.

Key to success in this role is going to be your ability to immerse yourself in our clients' business and industry and be able to make strategic recommendations about the application of technology that enables us to fulfil clients' business objectives in an effective, efficient and innovative way. As well as representing Access to our clients, you'll also be a key member of the team in our collaborative working as part of The Sideshow Group, so you'll work to develop an understanding of the offerings of our sister agencies, and great relationships with members of the teams, to ensure that clients have a seamless experience and enjoy the benefit of our combined expertise.
