Client Services Director

Job description

We’re looking for an inspirational Client Services Director to lead a growing team responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing and communications campaigns for global B2B clients. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience at this level, consulting with, and building trusted senior relationships with international clients, preferably in engineering, technology, energy or related sectors.

The Client Services Director at Agency Inc is at the centre of getting everything moving for the agency and the client, and as a member of the agency board, the job has various senior responsibilities:

i. Team building within the client service department, focusing on the growth, professional development and retention of the team.
ii. Being clear about the department’s key position in client/agency relations, its ethos and setting an example, helping to secure and grow the agency’s reputation. In doing so, helping to set the culture and pattern of work for the whole agency to get the best out of everyone.
iii. Being the most senior person across the client accounts, keeping their client opposite number satisfied, leading on contract negotiations, and contributing to agency profit.
iv. Cross selling to existing senior clients and helping win new business, sometimes deputising for the CEO, thus able to successfully articulate the agency’s long-term vision.
v. Helping to ensure that the right people, systems, and resources are in place across the agency to allow commercial creativity to flourish, whilst also delivering against company-wide growth targets for revenue and operating profits.
