Digital Associate Director

Job description

We are looking for a Digital Associate Director with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.

The individual will be working across the entertainment section of the business on accounts such as Bandai Namco and Pokémon whilst supporting the wider team in developing our Digital Online specialism and trading agreements.

The tasks the individual would be expected to manage with Director support:

• Leading the Digital team in managing the agency’s online portfolio, working directly with clients and advising them on Digital media strategy.
• Assist team in negotiation of, and manage delivery of, media owner deals/campaign deliveries.
• Manage compilation of key client reports including buying results, reports and market competitive reporting.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of material required for client and internal meetings
• Management of Account Executives/Junior team members to complete tasks in an efficient, timely manner
• Champion use of new and viable Digital platforms and technologies to enhance planning and delivery.
• Recommend and implement new working practices to enhance the agency’s Digital planning and buying offering
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with senior media owners and other third parties


Essential Skills/Behaviours:
• Previous media agency experience
• Experience across UK clients
• Current relationships with Senior media partners
• Confidence, positivity and ability to present yourself amongst internal/external colleagues
• Strong presentation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Great attention to detail, combined with great organisational skills
• High level of computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability and confidence to learn and apply new skills
• Knowledge or experience using a number of the following: DCM, Prisma, FB Ad Manager, Google Ads Manager, E-commerce platforms or equivalents.
• Reporting across systems such as Datascience, Pivot sheets, MOAT etc.



Desirable Skills:
• Previous experience across entertainment sectors
• Experience across programmatic and e-commerce platforms
• Background working across International territories
• Linguistic skills, fluent in additional languages
• Relevant degree/qualifications within Digital online space i.e FB Blueprint, IPA Digital exams etc

The position would be reporting to a Director and salary is dependent on experience.
