Job description
We’re looking an ambitious junior designer to kickstart their creative career, working on some of the world’s most exciting and innovative clients. We want someone who’s eager to learn and develop new skills and create stand-out work for challenger brands.
To be considered you’ll require a graphic design portfolio and be able to commit to working at least 3 days a week in our Tunbridge Wells office.

Last year our design team:
Created an Oxford Circus tube takeover for one of the world's biggest disruptor beauty brands
Overhauled the design and positioning of a major player in outboard engines
Rolled out a global toolkit for a leading bourbon
Launched a brand-new look and feel for a challenger gin brand
And this year is looking even busier with exciting briefs.
What would you get up to?
One minute you’ll be helping our Senior Designer in rolling-out designs across various formats and platforms. The next you’ll be refining one of our Creative’s concepts for social or OOH. Another will see you defining a design aesthetic, including logo, colour palette, typefaces, and guidelines for one of our clients.
We have a mix of global and UK brands who love to disrupt – Honda, Benriach whisky, Fords Gin, e.l.f. cosmetics, Chambord liqueur, Estrella Galicia beer, Sanctuary Spa – and we’ll be looking for you to play an important role in a series of their projects going forward.
What sort of skills would be handy?
An eye for beautifully thought-provoking design, and be able to visualise this in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Any interest in photography, After Effects, Figma, C4D will get you bonus points.
WFH?
We’re a hybrid working agency, but you’ll be expected to be in our Tunbridge Wells office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Our office can be reached easily by train and car.
Salary
Dependent on experience, with salary bands in-line with current IPA data.
