NetSuite Consultant

Job description

• Software testing, Deployment, Implementation, Business Requirement analysis and capture for the NetSuite platform.
• Documentation of Requirements, Business Process and End User documentation.
• Design of Business Process and application configuration for NetSuite based on industry best practices.
• Prepare and execute test cases, including data setup, of the modules implemented and developed for NetSuite.
• Managing mass data imports and exports.
• Develop custom code using SuiteScripts to meet user requirements.
• Customise NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
• Follow up with Client and Support help desk for issue resolution.
• Documenting the resolution of issues and sharing with the internal team on ongoing basis.
• Interact with the key end users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis.
• Suggest process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices.
• Support all formal documentation of implementation.
• Lead/Support all solution activities including testing and verification.
• Contribute to the training and development of key users.

- 2+ years’ experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
- Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative.
- Customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills.
- Experience with software in a SaaS environment including any experience with Finance department implementations.
- Consulting experience with the NetSuite Cloud in particular the Purchase Order and Sales Invoice components, as well as bespoke customisations to ingest sales order and purchase order data.
