Senior Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to join one of our successful portfolios working on delivering a variety of experiential projects; predominantly exhibitions and events as well as other communications initiatives, campaigns, digital interactives and design projects.

Reporting into the Business Director, we’re looking for someone with proven experience of delivering multi-faceted projects, coordinating multi-discipline teams including, creative, strategy, production, HSSE and technical, where appropriate.

The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Creative department to develop creative and strategic solutions to deliver on our clients objectives, KPI’s and budget. The role will involve writing clear and compelling project briefs, thorough contact reports, and concise proposals for clients.

Working alongside the Client servicing department, you’ll continuously monitor all aspects of the project in development including budget and schedule. You’ll plan and ensure meticulous oversight of all logistical, operational and production aspects prior to the event, producing on-site working schedules, where appropriate.

You’ll have extensive knowledge and experience of managing large scale events and exhibitions in the UK and abroad, including hotels, venues, caterers, entertainers. You’ll have meticulous attention to detail and a creative mind. You’ll be a team player with excellent communication, relationship building and organisational skills. You will be required to travel internationally as required.
