Team Assistant- OOH Media Planning

Key Purpose of Role

To support our Planning team and help undertake administrative duties across all of our client accounts.

Overview of Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities, and Duties

• To set up potential briefs onto the system
• To create competitive reports
• Undertake location mapping using our online tool
• Gathering of information from Media Owners such as audience information, photographs, maps, booked site lists etc.
• Undertake general campaign support during and afterwards
• On occasion, visit sites to ensure they are running correctly and taking photographs
• Collate ‘posting’ and ‘play out’ reports for clients
• Input campaign bookings onto system
• Input into a weekly market update
• Creating a bespoke weekly update for agency planning teams
• Sourcing and sharing industry news from all internal communications at Kinetic and also from trade press and social media

• Highly organised and efficient
• Good eye for detail, inputting data
• Strong numerical skills
• Comfortable with learning new IT systems
• Good written English
• Pro-active and goes extra mile
• Team player and highly supportive of team
• Builds good relationships with range of people
