New-mail order catalogue launch. Many customers deterred from mail-order due to problems with 'fit'. Aim to offer 'better fitting fashion'. Launched Autumn 1994, 4 week radio test not so successful but press performed well building sales and customers. Customers re-orderings measured at 73-78%. Extended to TV in 1995, both satellite and terrestrial. Apendices
