Solvent Abuse: Not My Child, Not My Problem

A small budget campaign to raise awareness of solvent abuse among parents and to encourage them to talk to their children (8-16 years) about it. TV campaign used statistics on child death by solvent abuse. An Information leaflet was available through a response mechanism in the advertising. Results: perceptions of prevalence and serious impact of solvent abuse was increased, high awareness achieved.
