Building a workplace where everyone feels they belong

The ‘All In’ Census is an alliance between the IPA, AA and ISBA and is about to go into the field for its second iteration. Every individual in every agency will be invited to complete the survey during a 15 minute time slot on 15 March 2023.

Great strides have been made since the first All In Census took place during the March 2021 lockdown. Over 16,000 people working in UK advertising and marketing services across brands, agencies, media owners and tech companies completed the survey. The richness of the data helped build the most detailed understanding yet of the industry’s make-up and shaped the All In Action Plan, a series of nine actions which companies across the industry are encouraged to implement in order to ensure we build a better inclusive industry.

It’s important as many people as possible in our industry complete the ‘All In’ Census so everyone’s voice can be heard, and everyone is contributing to change. The data will provide vital information to help us celebrate, support, nurture and grow the diversity of our business. 

On 13 Monday, we will send a link to the leaders of our member agencies and ask that they share this with their staff on the day. The survey goes live on 15 March at 00.01.
