Anouschka is global head of Marketing for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2022 as a managing director.
Before joining the firm, Anouschka was global head of Marketing at UBS Asset Management, where she led a transformational change agenda, shifting marketing from sales support to become a driver of business growth. Prior to that, she spent a decade at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), initially leading marketing globally for RBC Capital Markets’ Fixed Income and Currencies division and driving the firm's brand activities across Europe, Asia and Australia. In 2013, she became a managing director and global head of Marketing and Brand for RBC Investor and Treasury Services. Anouschka began her career at Citigroup, where she held senior roles, including serving as director of Client Strategy for the firm's Corporate and Investment Bank. In 2003, she transferred to a role in marketing, serving as director of Community Affairs for Europe, Middle East and Africa following seven years in Citi’s Global Relationship Bank, based in London and New York, initially as a credit analyst and then as a relationship manager for institutional clients.
Anouschka serves on the IPA's Effectiveness Leadership Group and is a freeman of The Worshipful Company of Marketors.
Anouschka earned a BSc, with honors, in Economics and Management from the University of London, a postgraduate diploma in Marketing and holds a CFA certificate in ESG investing. She is a CFA charter holder, a chartered marketer and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
