Will Hodge has spent more than two decades helping businesses harness creativity as a driver of growth. He is now Chief Strategy Officer at Droga5.
Across his career he has advised CEOs and CMOs on how brand and creativity can drive real commercial performance, shaping strategies for organisations including BT, Arla, Lidl, Costa, P&G, Sky Sports, Nokia and the British Army, as well as public initiatives such as Project Everyone, THINK! Road Safety, Digital UK and the NHS.
At Karmarama Will helped build one of the UK’s most progressive strategy departments and played a role in the agency’s acquisition by Accenture. During that time he also developed an audience insight capability that combined behavioural science, ethnography and social data to help creativity shape not just campaigns, but wider business and innovation strategy.
Now at Droga5, Will works across brand, culture and business strategy - helping establish the agency as a creative powerhouse within the world’s largest consultancy.
His work has won Cannes Lions and multiple Effectiveness Awards, and he is a regular speaker at industry events including Cannes Lions, MAD//Fest and WARC.
