Akhila brings over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Performance, and Analytics, having worked with leading global brands across diverse industries. She currently leads the Global Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) Domain at Ekimetrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning product, marketing, technology, delivery, and commercial leadership.
Before joining Ekimetrics, Akhila held senior roles at WPP, Kantar, and Nielsen, where she led global marketing effectiveness programmes and transformation initiatives using advanced analytics. She is a regular speaker at industry forums, a contributor to academic research at London Business School, and holds an MBA and a BTech in Electrical Engineering.
Akhila is also a Final Round Judge for the Effie Awards and was honoured with a BBC Make a Difference Award for Environmental Impact and Sustainable Living.
Based in Suffolk with her family, Akhila enjoys reading, growing vegetables, and countryside walks with her golden retriever.
