Huge congratulations to all of our members picking up an award at this year’s Cannes Lions festival. Winning a Cannes Lion is a remarkable achievement and the performance of UK agencies at Cannes is a testament to the outstanding creativity within the UK advertising community.
During Cannes, the IPA hosted a session looking at the new frontiers of effectiveness thinking with Dr Grace Kite, Bridget Angear, Catherine Kehoe and Zaid Al-Qassab. They explored how creativity influences pricing power, what the synergy between sustainability and profitability is and what it takes to prove the effectiveness of humour in marketing. This will be presented again for IPA members that couldn’t be in Cannes on Tuesday 16 July.
