Thirty-eight agencies have achieved CPD Gold Accreditation for their exceptional professional development programmes. The agencies will be celebrated at an event later this year.
The IPA’s CPD Gold scheme recognises and rewards agencies who demonstrate a genuine culture of learning, bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry, enhancing clients’ brands and agencies’ worth as a result.
Each of the 38 CPD Gold agencies have made an exceptional investment in the professional development of their employees and have seen success against business goals in return. Last year’s CPD Gold agencies recorded a remarkable 110:1 return on training investments proving that in turbulent times for our industry it is important to continue to invest in and nurture your talent.
The Advertising Association, Cogent, M&C Saatchi, Medialab, Narrative Communications, RLA Group and Total Media Connect have achieved CPD Gold for the first time.
