Five agencies join IPA membership

Welcoming Ace of Hearts, Jack Ryan Media, Piqniq, PMG and Vega Comms

The IPA is pleased to announce that Ace of Hearts, Jack Ryan Media, Piqniq, PMG and Vega Comms were elected into IPA membership at its quarterly Council meeting on Wednesday, 29 April.

Introducing our new members:

    Ace of Hearts

All of us at Ace of Hearts are excited to join the IPA, an important decision as we look to connect with a community that shares our belief in the power of creativity to answer modern business challenges, drive growth, and create meaningful change. As a company working across the creative ecosystem, from brand design to strategic consultancy, we're looking forward to accessing the IPA's world-class training and professional development resources to help our people grow. We also see real value in the IPA's effectiveness frameworks, tools that help us demonstrate the tangible impact of creative work. Its thought leadership and research will sharpen how we prove our worth to clients.

Our Christmas campaign with Save the Children, The One Delivery That Matters, captures everything we believe great creativity can do. The charity was trusted but unloved. So we did something unexpected. We leaned on the most nostalgic image in Christmas culture, the convoy of glowing red trucks, and turned it into something that made people feel differently about children in crisis. That act of storytelling, warm and familiar before it became urgent and real, delivered the most effective campaign in the charity's history.

    Jack Ryan Media

Having joined as an Accelerator agency, we're delighted to have been ratified as full IPA members in April 2026. For JACK RYAN, this is more than a milestone; it's a commitment to two things at the heart of everything we do: our people and the science behind great work.

Our tagline, Built on Science, isn't just a phrase; it's our operating philosophy. The IPA's unrivalled resources on marketing effectiveness, alongside its CPD and training programmes, give us the evidence base and the frameworks to develop exceptional talent and prove the value of creativity to clients.

As an agency with substantial work focused on behaviour-change, nothing better captures what we stand for than our ongoing NHS work. We're proud to have recently delivered the largest influencer activation in the health service's history, driving uptake of cervical cancer screening and HPV vaccination across the capital. Working with 50+ creators from diverse communities, including trusted medical voices, and developing an original track, Say Yes to the Vax, through our Integrated Campaign Solutions team, we're demonstrating that science, culture and creativity can genuinely save lives. We're excited to grow within the IPA community.

    Piqniq

We’re thrilled to be joining the IPA at such an exciting point in Piqniq’s growth. As an independent, majority female-owned and B Corp-certified media agency, we’re proud to be building something modern, ambitious and responsible in a sector that can still feel quite traditional. For us, the IPA is an opportunity to connect with the wider industry, champion the value of independent agencies and learn from a network that is helping shape the future of advertising.

Since launching in mid-2024, we’re especially proud of the range of work we’ve delivered for clients including the England and Wales Cricket Board, F1 Clash, Seiko & Grand Seiko, Premier Stores, Castle Collection Hotels and Eastern City BID. A standout is our work for Eastern City BID, where we launched and continue to run a multi-year influencer campaign using our proprietary influencer tech platform, partnering with talent and content creators to bring new audiences into the Eastern City and drive real impact.

    PMG

PMG is a global, independent agency building a significant UK presence. Joining the IPA feels like the next step in that journey.

Membership will help us deepen our roots in the UK market, connect us with the industry's best thinking on effectiveness and measurement, and support talent development across our London and Brighton teams. It also represents a platform for the conversations that matter right now, as AI, creativity, and brand-building grow in complexity.

Our integrated offering spans media, strategy, creative, data and creator marketing, bolstered by our recent acquisition of Digital Voices. Underpinned by Alli, our proprietary operating system, that transforms media planning, audience research, and reporting. Our governing principle is simple: outcomes, not outputs.

That approach is reflected in our work with Peloton; unifying their global media ecosystem, delivering a connected, full-funnel approach that drove both brand transformation and immediate growth across key markets. This culminated in Peloton’s biggest-ever global campaign, seamlessly integrating media, creative and data to deliver measurable impact at scale while maintaining local relevance.

Recent UK client wins Hargreaves Lansdown, Geely Auto, Glanbia, and Zoom - reflect our approach and momentum. We're looking forward to being part of this community and meaningfully contributing.

    Vega Comms

Joining the IPA is an important milestone for Vega Comms as we continue to scale our independent offering. We’ve built the agency around the idea that media should be insight-led, accountable, and directly tied to business growth. The IPA represents the benchmark for effectiveness and progressive thinking, values that closely reflect how we operate as an agency.

As an agency driven by data, insight and outcomes, we see IPA membership as an opportunity to further advance our standards, access world-class learning, and contribute to shaping the future of our industry.

We’re particularly excited about collaborating with like-minded agencies, attracting ambitious talent, and continuing to deliver work that creates real impact for our clients.

A recent example is our work with Tiger Sheds, where we accelerated growth by refining audience strategy and scaling TV planning and activation. By combining data-led planning with continuous optimisation, we delivered significant increases in revenue, improved acquisition efficiency, and a more scalable, sustainable growth model for the business
