IPA Talent & Diversity Conference 2026

The IPA Talent & Diversity Conference returns on Tuesday, 28 April, as an important statement on the industry’s commitment to talent, inclusion and representation in terms of the composition of our industry and the creative output we produce.

The half-day, hybrid conference at London’s Tobacco Dock, is sponsored by Channel 4 and will feature constructive dialogue, expert thought leadership and best practice around key talent issues.

Key content includes:

  • Lessons on culture change from The Guardian’s Global Chief Advertising Officer, Imogen Fox.
  • Rethinking media strategies for connecting with diverse audiences with UN Women’s Melda Simon.
  • Sir Tristram Hunt, Director of the V&A, exploring how to future-proof creativity in the AI era.
  • How inclusive marketing drives business growth with Sport England, McDonald's and more.
  • TikTok’s Amee Wilson on how to build and nurture inclusive communities to unlock the best ideas.

The conference will also see the announcement of the IPA iList 2026, as we celebrate the people driving inclusive cultures and shaping workplaces where everyone can thrive.
