This website (the Website) is owned and operated by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising. By using and/or visiting the Website, you hereby agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the Website and attendees of the Event (whether attending virtually or in person).
The promoter of the Event is the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), a corporation incorporated by Royal Charter (with registered number RC000884), whose principal office is at 44 Belgrave Square, London, SW1X 8QS

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms, its subject matter or formation.
These terms and conditions apply to all conferences and events hosted by the IPA (Event). The details of the Event are as set out in the Event listing on the Website. Events may be held as a virtual event on the Website (Virtual Event) or in person at the venue set out in the Event listing.
The IPA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to the date, time, location, content, programme, contributors and speakers.
In the unlikely event of cancellation or change of date of the Event by the IPA, delegates will be offered a full refund or credit note against an equivalent future conference.
Your registration entitles you to access either the Virtual Event or the In-Person Event (as applicable). Payment of the applicable fee for the Event is due upon registration. If payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, the IPA may refuse your access to the Event and shall have no liability in that regard.
Tickets for the In-Person Event may also be used to attend Virtual Event. Tickets for the Virtual Event can only be used to attend the Virtual Event.
Cancellation: Tickets can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the date of the Event and a full refund will be issued. No refunds are permitted for any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the Event.
Substitution: Tickets may be transferred to another name up to 24 hours prior to the Event. To transfer ticket(s) to a new delegate within your organisation, you must email your request to events@ipa.co.uk before the earlier of 5.30pm BST on the last working day prior to the Event, or 24 hours prior to the event.
The IPA may record the Event by film and/or photography, including any Q&A sessions during the event. By attending the Event, you grant the IPA the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness and/or your name and other personal details in any media now known or hereafter devised and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise disseminates such images or film in which you may feature worldwide, in perpetuity without further approval of payment to you.
By attending and participating in the Event, you grant the IPA a non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferrable, worldwide licence to use any content you produce or submit during the Event (including without limitation any comments, questions, participation in round tables) in any media now known or hereafter devised and to modify or edit such content in any way as the IPA sees fit.
If you do not consent to the above, please notify the IPA at events@ipa.co.uk before the earlier of 5.30pm BST on the last working day prior to the event, or 24 hours prior to the event.. The content of the Website and presentations at the Event (Event Content), including the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos and interactive features, and the trademarks, service marks and logos are owned by or licensed to the IPA, and the Event Content is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights which belong exclusively to the IPA and its licensees. The Event Content may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the IPA. You hereby agree not to distribute any of the Event Content other than as expressly permitted under these terms. You may download material from this site for personal use only. You further agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Website or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Website or the content thereof.
All materials provided are intended for informational purposes only and are subject to change or withdrawal by the IPA at any time without notice. The IPA reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time.
