Helen provides legal advice on advertising and marketing to all IPA member agencies. Her work includes intellectual property issues; ad clearance/regulatory advice on creative concepts, executions and scripts; promotions; production; contracts; disputes; and ASA investigations. Helen is also involved with regulatory and public affairs matters liaising with bodies such as Clearcast, CAP/BCAP and the Advertising Association.
