At One & All, Denise leads a team of 160 in Los Angeles, Atlanta and across the US who are at the intersection of purpose and culture, bettering the world by inspiring people to give back. The agency’s clients include Make-A-Wish, Arbor Day Foundation, Operation Smile, American Red Cross, The Salvation Army and numerous Food Banks, Rescue Missions and Animal Welfare organizations across the country.

Denise had held leadership roles at global agency networks including McCann, Grey, Ogilvy and DDB in the US, Asia and Canada with such brands as Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, MasterCard, Fiat Chrystler Automobiles, Nissan, Cisco, Microsoft, Netflix, Activision, Spotify and Disney to help them unleash their brand potential.

A champion of gender equality, DEI&B and flexible work, she is a founding member of the Omniwomen SoCal Chapter at Omnicom, helping to pave a sustainable and successful path for women in the industry and in leadership positions. Denise has authored several thought-leadership columns in Advertising Age, Adweek and Event Marketer. She’s a member of the Forbes Agency Council and serves on the Board of the 4As Foundation focused on getting more diverse talent to the marketing industry.

Today, Denise only needs 3 things: a problem to solve, a story to tell, and talented people to help create a movement. And she’s lucky; she gets to do this every day.
