Dr Katie Best is the Founder of Katie Best Associates, where she coaches and advises senior leaders and boards on their messy strategy and leadership challenges. Her clients have included KPMG, EY, Barclays, Lewis Silkin, NHS trusts, the National Army Museum, Verizon, The Olympic Legacy Corporation and Mishcon de Reya.
She is also a Visiting Fellow at London School of Economics where she is Head Tutor on the flagship MBA Essentials programme and Visiting Research Fellow at King’s College London Business School, where she advises on forging strong links between academia and industry.
