As an organizational design and business transformation leader, Ivette helps agency teams deliver client experience excellence by focusing on next-gen ways of working, value creation and partnership to unlock growth opportunities. Immersed in her deep passion for change management, she brings a track record of results, leading healthcare and consumer team/account retention efforts, and serving on the firm’s Executive Committee to help advance agency strategy and initiatives.

Ivette has a unique career trajectory with experience building iconic brands, designing global teams, launching new agency capabilities and creating cross-agency collaborations. Prior to re-joining MMC, Ivette headed up West Hill Creative, LLC, an independent consultancy that creatively addressed business needs and shaped brand reputation for clients. She has helped companies consider their future ambition and partnered with service firms to win new accounts.

Ivette functioned as COO at DeVries Global, an IPG communications agency servicing Fortune 500 clients, helping to scale the agency from a flagship office in New York to global offices across China, Taiwan, Singapore and the U.K. She created and launched the firm’s DeLUXE Collaboration Network, expanding support for the firm’s largest client into Hong Kong, Italy, Spain and Australia, and led multiple global-to-local strategies for iconic Procter & Gamble brands across the wellness, fabric care and beauty categories. She’s been recognized by clients for her leadership and earned industry awards for her brand work.

Early in Ivette’s career, she served in an integrated marketing communications role at Wella, the professional haircare company, where she launched a publication for hair stylists.

Ivette is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. She has a deep passion for coaching and mentoring, having led DE&I and women’s mentoring teams. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University (Lincoln Center) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rutgers University.
