Director Global Consumer Strategy, adidas, Germany
Philip Hambach is a Director in the adidas Global Brand Strategy team. His and his team’s role is to enable consumer focus within the brand. The team leads multiple workstreams and projects focusing on brand architecture, brand positioning and brand health with a planning horizon of 2-5 years. They define direction for the brand and the KPIs underneath. In this role the team has been contributing to the current adidas SBP and developed bonus relevant Brand KPIs for the adidas group.
Philip is passionate about Lifestyle and Sports Brands, Brand Strength, KPI frameworks, AI and designing frameworks and insights processes for impact, not metric. Philip loves sports and believes in its power to change lives. You can find him on trails, mountains, snow, water and on football pitches – and giving his kids rides to sports practice in the surroundings of Nuremberg.
