Over the last 17 years Steve has worked in media agencies, consultancies and client-side providing valued marketing effectiveness recommendations on a global scale.
Steve is passionate about nurturing new talent in the industry, delivering graduate training programmes in econometrics. He was a founding member of the ARC21 databank team, a collaboration of different agencies sharing their insights to understand what makes marketing work.
Steve is all about translating complicated statistical techniques into clear directions. In 2021, he founded Sophometrics with the simple aim to help businesses measure their marketing in a meaningful way.
