Naomi Walkland

Vice President, EMEA & APAC, Bumble

Naomi leads Bumble’s marketing across Europe, Middle East and Asia, overseeing the brand’s marketing strategy and campaign across both regions.

The popular women-first app connects millions of people globally across dating (Bumble Date), friendship (Bumble BFF) and professional networking (Bumble Bizz). Driven by supporting and empowering women, she combines commercial acumen with creativity to forward Bumble’s mission of helping women make the first move.

At Bumble, Naomi has led on innovative and creative campaigns, such as My Love is Black Love, a celebration and representation of Black Love in Britain.

In 2017, she founded ‘The Power of Quitting’ an international panel series that explores how professional women pivot to embrace change and find purpose. 

Naomi is a Non-Executive Director for The Marketing Society and sits on Spotify’s EMEA Council. In addition, she is Advisor for Ok Mentor, Ambassador at Huckletree, and part of the IPA’s Leadership Group.

Naomi is an Honorary Fellow of the Marketing Society, and her accolades include being listed in the Top 100 marketers in Campaign and Marketing Week.
