Clare leads the Effectiveness team at MGOMD. She has over 20 years experience. She started her career in BTL data, followed by 12 years media agency side in planning and buying and prior to her boomerang back to MGOMD in 2023, she was client side for 11 years as Head of Media for 5 years and the last 3 years as Group Senior Effectiveness Lead.
Clare loves effectiveness and thrives on building dynamic learning agendas that payback to the business. She is passionate about driving collaborative effectiveness operations pulling everyone together to create one single source of performance truth. Her key skill is data storytelling putting the so what at the heart and driving impactful solutions.
