Marketing Effectiveness Manager, Sage
Nadya runs Marketing Effectiveness at Sage. She started her career as a statistician at the ONS. She then moved into the Marketing world at Gain Theory where she did a variety of econometrics roles working across clients such as: TJX, Royal Navy, RAF, DoorDash, Ahold Delhaize.
She moved to Sage to develop their econometrics approach partnering with IMS and building a team to model inhouse. She also has responsibility to develop the models for marketing investment and planning, to ensure that we support the company’s ambition with the appropriate marketing investment. If she has any extra time, she spends it educating finance and marketing teams on the things that they do that work, and the things that might need some extra focus!
