Diversity and Inclusion Essentials Certificate

Gain a deep understanding of the challenges we need to overcome and the behaviours we need to change for a more diverse and inclusive advertising industry.

With online learning content provided by The Hobbs Consultancy, this qualification will help you to step up and affect positive change in your workplace. Each of the nine modules take an in-depth look at a workplace diversity and inclusion metric. At the end of each module you will receive clear actionable tips and guidelines, whether you are in that group or want to be an active ally for that group.

An essential qualification for everybody within the advertising, media or marketing industry.

No matter what level of seniority you are in your business, it is the responsibility of everyone to take positive action to drive forward change in the industry and indeed the world.

How is the qualification delivered and assessed?

  • Ten hours of online learning accessible through the IPA website on any device.
  • Multiple choice exam at the end of each module.
  • If you successfully complete all nine modules, you will be awarded a digital certificate of completion and 1 MIPA star towards personal accreditation.

How do you book onto and access the qualification?

Please select your intake from the ‘Intakes’ drop down on this page and proceed to checkout. Once booked, you can access and start your online learning via the IPA website. To access, please head to your personal IPA portal via the profile icon and click on ‘Training’. Or, visit your personal Training page here.

Please note that your access to the online learning will expire on your intake end date, or when you achieve the Certificate, whichever is sooner. Please view the Diversity and Inclusion Essentials Certificate Qualification Policies for further details.

Price

  • Members: £60+VAT.
  • Non-Members: £120+VAT.

If you are purchasing the Certificate as a business based outside of the UK and believe you should not be charged VAT on the sale, please get in touch with learning@ipa.co.uk. If your business is based in the EU, we will ask you to confirm your VAT number before making your booking. This VAT number will be recorded as part of your sale transaction. If your business is based outside the EU, we will ask for further evidence of your business location.
